Terms & Conditions

Orders

Orders may be placed via the web, phone or fax.

Payment:
Payment is accepted via credit card or direct deposit. (Cash is accepted for Show events) Cheques will also
be accepted, however delivery will not occur until the cheque has cleared at the bank. Your items will not
be posted to you until payment in full is made.

Delivery Policies:
Orders are dispatched within 2 weeks of date of payment. All orders are shipped via Australia Post or via
Courier if the delivery charge is less. All efforts are made to provide the cheapest possible delivery method
both in Australia and Overseas.  (Delivery time frames will vary according to Australia Post, however most
parcels should arrive within 5 days of shipping within Australia)  

*Delivery Amount on ORDERS:
THE DELIVERY AMOUNT WILL NOT SHOW WHEN YOU PLACE THE ORDER (IT WILL APPEAR TO BE FREE -
$0 - WE WILL ADD POSTAGE TO YOUR INVOICE TOTAL). You are welcome to contact the office during
business hours to confirm your delivery amount prior to placing your order.

Insurance on Deliveries:
Please be aware that the Postal Service will not insure packages both within Australia or overseas. Please
be aware that The Quiet Space will not be held liable for shipments that get lost through Australia Post.
To prevent this we can send out packages via a courier or registered post; however the cost for delivery
is likely to be more expensive.

Postal Charge Estimations
The following pricing is to be used as a guide only and has been provided to give you an estimation of how
much your delivery cost may be.  This pricing is estimation only and is not to be taken as confirmed until
the delivery cost has been confirmed on your order. Pricing is based on delivery from Victoria. (Pricing will
also vary depending on which State or Country you live in)

International Orders :
All International orders placed via the web will have shipping added when shipped. We CANNOT give you a
shipping quote for International WEB order automatically - contact us by phone, fax, or email, letting us
know the products you wish to buy & we'll get back to you with approximate shipping costs.

Orders from abroad may have additional shipping fees depending on the country & method of shipping.

Return Policies:
Wedding Candles
Once approval of sample has been signed all deliveries will be made to order and will leave the premises in
optimum condition.  No returns or refunds on wedding candles are made once sample approval has been
signed.  Should your wedding date be cancelled within three months of the original date set, we are sorry,
however no refunds will be made.

Should your wedding date be cancelled or change three months prior to the original date, your deposit will
be returned less 25% for administration.

The Quiet Space Candles
If you are not satisfied with the product you can return it within 10 days of Invoice Date. Please be sure
to include a copy of the invoice and the reason for return. We do not accept damaged or broken stock.

Should you prefer to exchange the product for another item we are happy to exchange it so long as the
stock has not been damaged or broken and is in resalable condition and is within 10 days of invoice date.
(Products will only be exchanged once per invoice) If you decide after receiving a product, that you would
like it to be replaced by something else, we do charge you shipping. We also charge return shipping fees,
unless it is our mistake.

Returns for damaged products can be claimed within 10 days of receipt of order. For Customer Service call

invoice in the return package, and whether you would like to be refunded or to be sent a replacement.
